SNAP Assistance Program
The SNAP Assistance Program helps families that would like to apply for SNAP or need to update their records with SNAP (Supplemental Food Assistance Program). Food Assistance Navigators help families complete and update their SNAP applications by phone. Applications are submitted for approval through the Colorado Department of Human Services.
