Walking with Others is Great Motivation! Need a nudge to get started? Joining a group makes it easier to get started and to stick with it. You'll make new friends, and the time seems to fly when you're chatting with others. You'll also be walking with Registered Nurses, so take advantage of the chance to ask health-related questions. And our professional walker, Clinton, can give you great advice on getting the most benefit from your walks.
