Immunizations are needed for all children from birth through age 18, and
are given at birth, at ages 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12-18
months, 4-6 years and 11-12 years.
Important note:
Always bring your child's immunization record with you each time!
The
cost is $14 per immunization administration fee, but no child is
ever turned away because of inability to pay.
