Peak Wellness services are available in our Aurora, Castle
Rock, Englewood and Northglenn offices. (Maps) A limited number of screenings are available. Appointments are required. Call (303) 363-3018. En Español / Spanish: (303) 363-3018. In order to qualify for these services: • A woman must be 40-64 years old • Be legally present in the United States • Live anywhere in Colorado • Meet income guidelines • Have no health insurance or not be able to afford the deductible for insurance • Should not have had a mammogram in the last 11 months Vision Statement: We envision every woman in our community leading healthy, fulfilling lives.
