How do I Apply for Medicaid or CHP+

Have you recently lost your job?

If you recently lost your job or had a loss of income, you might qualify for a 60-day Special Enrollment period. This will allow you to sign up for a new health insurance plan or to change your current plan. Get information about signing up for health insurance through Connect for Health Colorado.

Need to purchase your own health insurance?

If you or your family make too much money to qualify for Medicaid or CHP+ and do not receive health insurance from your employer, now is the time you can purchase health insurance through the Colorado Marketplace, Connect for Health Colorado.
