Full Description

We offer a FREE year-long lifestyle change program that will give you the tools you need to lose weight and become a healthier you. Reduce your risk of future health problems such as diabetes and heart disease. Some of the topics we will cover include weight loss, eating healthy, becoming more physically active, managing stress, and barriers and motivators for change. Complete the Journey to Wellness Intake Form and Consent Form. You can email the forms to us or bring it to your first class. We look forward to meeting you and starting your journey to wellness.
